Who We Are

integrated Physician Network is a group of independent and clinically integrated primary care and specialty care practices committed to improving the health of our community.  iPN is a unique physician service organization dedicated to solving the complexities of the independent practice in the “value -based payment” era.

We help practices excel in health information technology and harness patient care data to drive better health outcomes and better healthcare.  We believe that vitality in private practice – both as a successful business and as a great place to work – is essential to a thriving organization.  With the right tools and support and with a strong independent voice in the marketplace, we strive to help our customers find success.

Then to Now

iPN was established in 2004 as a 150-multi-specialty provider collaborative built on a common electronic health record platform and a common goal of clinical integration.  Since that time, membership has grown to include 250+ providers with practice sites across the Denver and North Denver metro areas.  Core organizational competencies include local support (EMR/Practice management systems, patient portal, HIE), clinical analytics and reporting, performance improvement (practice transformation, population management), payer contracting, and fiduciary physician leadership and engagement.
