Then to Now
iPN was established in 2004 as a multi-specialty provider collaborative built on a common electronic health record platform and a common goal of clinical integration. Since that time, membership has grown to include providers with practice sites across the Denver and North Denver metro areas. Core organizational competencies include local support, clinical analytics and reporting, performance improvement (practice transformation, population management), relationship management, payer contracting, and fiduciary physician leadership and engagement.
