Mark Sarinopoulos, MD – Chief Medical Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Dr. Mark Sarinopoulos has been the CMO and Chairman of the iPN since 2018. He is a founding member of the iPN and is passionate about helping physicians and practitioners not only survive, but thrive in the complex healthcare landscape. He believes that the best way to improve healthcare is through an integrated network of providers working together to improve the lives of our patients and communities. After 20 years as a full-spectrum Family Medicine provider, his primary focus for the last 10 years is in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is the founder of Transitions Healthcare, a home-based program that providers extra support for patients with complex chronic diseases. This model improves the quality of caer and the patient experience while reducing the total cost of care. Dr. Sarinopoulos graduated medical school at the University of Oklahoma and residency at the University of Colorado. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Care.
Todd Welter
– Chief Executive Officer
Todd has over 30 years of healthcare industry experience assisting physicians and other providers, hospitals and other facilities, and health plans with the business side of medicine. Through strategic planning and analysis, his main focus is to strategically increase revenue and profitability in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Todd has a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Denver where he has had an appointment as affiliate faculty in the School of Professional Studies for over ten years. In addition, Todd holds a faculty appointment at the University of Denver’s University College. In the Healthcare Leadership Program he teaches Macro Economics in Healthcare and Innovative Strategies and Change in Healthcare to graduate students.
